Harry Potter: The Hero For Modern Witchcraft - continued...
Potter is an 11 year-old orphan boy who was taken in by a muggle (non witch) family. In this book, Potter eventually attends the Fall, 1991 Hogwart's boarding school of witchcraft were Harry encounters the evil wizard Voldemort.
Harry’s real parents (witches) were killed by Voldemort around the time that Harry was 1 year old. A lightning-bolt symbol was left on Harry’s forehead by Voldemort at the time Harry’s parents died.
