1 c. pureed fresh green chili peppers
Use a food processor to puree the chili peppers. Then add the parsley and coriander and blend again. Add the garlic, salt, pepper, cumin, and cardamom.
Re-blend, spoon into a glass jar, seal, and refrigerate. Zhoug will keep for several months in the refrigerator.
